TERMS & CONDITIONS – MUSIC PRODUCTION SERVICES

Colins Tonfack / Tonfack Productions

1. Payment & Delivery

  • A 50% deposit is required to begin production.

  • The remaining 50% is due before final files are delivered.

  • Turnaround depends on package level.

2. Ownership & Master Rights

  • The Master Recording is owned by Tonfack Productions until full payment is received.

  • Upon final payment, the Artist gains ownership of the Master Recording.

  • Tonfack Productions retains Producer Points as outlined below.

3. Producer Credits

Artist agrees to credit:
“Executive Producer: Colins Tonfack”
in all versions of the song, including digital platforms, YouTube, and promotional materials.

4. Royalties & Points

Artist agrees that Tonfack Productions receives:

  • 5% Producer Points from Master Recording earnings

  • 10%–20% Publishing share as Executive Producer

This is non-negotiable unless a buyout fee is paid.

5. Publishing & Composition Rights

Publishing is split between:

  • Beatmaker

  • Topliner

  • Executive Producer (Colins)

  • Artist (performer)

Exact split is finalized before release.

6. Beat Ownership (Buyout Option)

Default: Beatmaker and Executive Producer retain their publishing shares.
If Artist wants 100% publishing on the beat:
→ Beat Buyout Fee: $600–$900

7. Stems & Files

Stems, instrumental, acapella, clean versions, and performance tracks are released only after full payment.

8. No Refund Policy

Because production work is creative and labor-intensive, all payments are non-refundable.

9. AI Use Restriction

No party may use vocals, beats, or compositions from this production to train or generate AI content without written permission.

10. Collaboration & Communication

Artist agrees to communicate all revisions within the allowed revision period per package. Extra revisions incur additional charges.
