Mini session - $350

Package I - $450

Policy

1. Booking & Payment Policy

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the selected package is required to secure your session date except the mini.

• The remaining balance is due no later than the day of the shoot.

• Payment can be made via cashapp($ColinsTonfackMetuko), Zelle(collinstonfack@gmail.com), Venmo(colinstfk) or apple pay.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date with at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Last-minute cancellations (less than 48 hours) may result in a forfeited deposit.

• One free reschedule is allowed per booking 48 hours prior. Additional reschedules may incur a $85 fee.

3. Rush Booking Policy

• To make sure every session runs smoothly, please book at least 07 days in advance.

• Bookings made within 3 days of the session date include a $300 rush fee.
  If you confirm or pay on the same day as your session, a $100 same-day fee also applies if the studio time slot and the photographer “Colins TFK“ are available.

4. Late Arrival Policy

• Please arrive on time. Arrivals later than 15 minutes may result in reduced shooting time or cancellation without refund.

• Time lost due to lateness will not be extended.

5. Turnaround Time

• Final edited photos are delivered within 03 to 07 business days. Except wedding

6. Image Delivery & Selection

• You will receive a watermarked proof gallery to select your favorite images for retouching.

• Final images are delivered as high-resolution JPEGs.

• RAW files are not shared under any circumstances.

7. Editing & Retouching

• Basic retouching (skin smoothing, color correction, lighting) is included.

• Additional or complex edits (body modification, background replacement, etc.) may incur extra fees.

8. Prints & Albums

• Prints, framed photos, and custom albums are available upon request for an additional cost.

• All print products are fulfilled by professional labs to ensure premium quality.

9. Usage Rights & Copyright

• Clients receive personal use rights (social media, printing, portfolio).

• The photographer retains copyright and may use images for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Commercial use (ads, product packaging, resale) requires a commercial licensing agreement.

10. Guest & Companion Policy

• You are welcome to bring up to two guest for support. Please keep it minimal to avoid distractions.

• No additional photographers or videographers allowed unless discussed beforehand.

11. Weather & Location Policy (for outdoor shoots)

• In case of bad weather, we will reschedule at no extra cost.

• Location permits or entry fees (if applicable) must be paid by the client.
